Vacation 2016 - San Antonio

This year we started our annual trip to Iowa with a stop in San Antonio again.  We were thankful to have Grammy joining us again as well.

First stop, The River Walk for a boat ride and dinner.

The kids loved Sea World and everyone was big enough for the rides this time (at least the rides we wanted to go on).

The shows were very captivating (and a good place to sit and rest).

Staying hydrated.

We stayed up way past bedtime to close the park with Shamu.

Then back into the car for a long, long time.  Next stop, Grandpa's farm.

JK!  We seemed to stop every hour as one of the three would alsways have to potty very badly.  Other than that they were great travelers.

Our Last "first" Haircut

It was a haircut day for all four of us.  This girl got five inches cut off.

Emerson also had her four year check up this week.  She is now 34 lbs and 40 inches tall.  Not quite enough to be in a booster seat in the van yet which is killing her as the twins get to buckle themselves.  She was so brave for her three shots and we left with the news of another sinus infection.  We have scheduled an appointment with a different allergist for a second opinon.
