Our First Year with Emerson!



Of course, this makes me reminisce our other first year.  Why does time have to go so fast?

Time wasn't meant to stand still but the memories will.
So thankful for all of these memories and all the time we have spent together!

Our Little Picasso

Such concentration!  We were painting while Emerson was asleep.  It was so quiet!  

Painting is definitely a crowd pleaser around here.

Happy Birthday America!

Uncle David and Aunt Kitty were in town visiting so we spent the day at the Lake with 

Nana, Papa, Aunt Nancy and Uncle Kendell.  Papa flew in formation so we made sure to wave to him when he flew over the house.

 We also had fun watching Uncle David's dog, Kate.

 Hunter was there too!

 Nana has great stuff to play with.

 We could hear the fireworks starting to go off at 7 so we went for a quick ride, parade style.  

Julianna covered her ears for awhile but no one else seemed to mind.  

Maybe next year we will attempt to stay awake and watch.
