FEBRUARY

Why is February always such a busy month?

My friend Michelle visited for a weekend from Maryland.

Third grade had their play, "A Kid's Life".

Julianna and Christian both auditioned for speaking parts this year.  

Last year they had stage fright.  They did amazing!

2nd grade had a Poetry Party.  Emerson did such a great job!

I loved getting to write poems with her.

 More basketball practices and games for Christian's first season of Bball.

The girls sometimes sit and watch but not really.  They love to run around during the games.

Valentine's Day came and went.  I can't believe I didn't get any good pictures.

We tried to make an ice cream cake out of ice cream sandwiches.  

It was good but messy.

Third grade also had their Falling in Love With Writing on Valentine's Day.

Christian's class went first.  He did a great job considering writing isn't his favorite subject.

Julianna's class was next.

She loves all things reading and writing.

One day I caught them sitting across from each other at lunch!  Love this!

To end the basketball season the kids got to have a pizza party at the gym.

He had a fun season and wants to keep playing basketball.

I think that was February.
